Your Wellbeing

Holistic Massage Therapy

I work with my clients in a very holistic way. After all, we are formed of body, soul and spirit.

Every person deserves to experience balance in these aspects of our wellbeing: emotional, psychological, social, spiritual, environmental, occupational, financial and physical. To support a holistic approach to life coaching and change management, I offer healthy eating advice, meditation guidance and holistic massage therapy.

Benefits of Massage

Human touch is invaluable. It is an emotional language – and a powerful communicator of affirmation! Massage releases the hormone oxytocin, which encourages connection and stimulates wellbeing. Touch also increases levels of dopamine and serotonin – neurotransmitters that naturally regulate and balance the effects of distress. It also increases white blood cell count – boosting our immunity. I take great care of my clients and affirm their worth by applying only certified organic massage mediums to the body. I believe that purity of product ought to align beautifully with my clients’ purity of purpose in body, soul and spirit.

PREMIUM Package Therapeutic Massage prices

Whole body massage is delivered in your home or any other location that is proclaimed suitable prior to booking.

3×30 min massages = £135

5×30 min massages = £225

5×60 min massages = £345

Due to the uncertainty that the Covid-19 virus has sprung up on all businesses, I am still offering package massages. However, the dates these are delivered will need to be spaced out according to my policy and procedures in order to mitigate any risk of cross-infection of the virus.

Under normal circumstances, sessions booked must be claimed within 12 weeks from date of purchase. However, due to uncertainty, this term has been suspended.

PREMIUM Single Therapeutic Massage prices

30 min massage = £50

60 min massage = £75

90 min massage = £90

My premium massage services are delivered on a professional massage couch, which I transport to each treatment. All my equipment is sanitised and any fabric coverings are washed between clients. I also do not expect my clients to dispose of the disposable coverings I use on the equipment – I dispose of them safely myself.

After massages, clients must allow me 15 minutes to clean and pack away my equipment safely. Please consider then when booking a time for your treatment.

Chair Massage

In a typical chair massage, you sit leaning forward into a massage chair with your face nestled in a face cradle whilst your head, neck, shoulders, arms and back are massaged without the need to remove clothes or apply any oils. This solution is perfect for business  or corporate wellbeing programmes, as it allows me to operate the chair massage in offices. Alternatively, businesses who have many staff working remotely / from home anywhere locally to me, may be awarded this benefit to relieve stress, in the comfort of their own homes.

Consumer Rates = £1.50 per minute. Minimum of 30 minutes in any one location (with minimum massage duration of 20 mins per person)

Business Rates = POA. Please contact me to discuss your needs, and what you can expect in terms of employees booking slots and the aftercare they may receive.

Consultations are mandatory for Consumers

In accordance with my policy, I will explain why I may or may not be the right massage therapist for you. I can only know this once I have more information about your physical condition, your needs, and your goals. Before any massage takes place, please do click the button below.

My procedures and policies are here (these are the equivalent of my terms and conditions, which you’d need to agree to before the call takes place).

Acceptance of Ts&Cs by individuals receiving on-site massages in their workplace

No business is expected to accept terms and conditions of my massage on behalf of their staff, only the Ts&Cs due to them as a business. However, staff receiving my massage will still need to accept my client Ts&Cs before I proceed with their treatment. My terms will be set out on a sheet of paper, which they need to fill in their full name, date and signature to, along with the name of the company they are working for. During this time of pandemic, the individual receiving my massage must confirm that they and anybody in their household have not been showing any recognised symptoms of Covid-19 for 10 days.

Healthy Eating & Wellbeing Therapy

What we eat and drink has a bigger impact on our physical health, psychological and emotional wellbeing, and our performance/productivity than we really think.

How healthy is your diet?

I conduct assessments to help my clients understand how healthy their diet is. These assessments are conducted through forms and an interview. I then help with a meal plan, and give advice on how to improve your diet. My healthy eating & wellbeing therapy is suitable for those aged 16 years upwards, and can work with those experiencing special conditions such as type II diabetes, pregnancy and my VIPs who are the elderly.

What is a ‘healthy diet’?

We all know we should eat “healthily”, but what does this mean? Well, this means different things for different people as our bodily needs will all be different. A body builder’s plate would need to look very different from the dinner plate of someone who currently carries a high proportion of body fat and is diabetic. Despite those differences, there are fundamental nutrients and energy quantities that every human body needs for survival – these are necessary for each person’s diet to achieve a minimum stage of healthiness. The rest, can be considered for optimisation.

Benefits of a healthy diet

Eating well has multiple benefits, including:

  • Increased energy
  • Improved sleep quality
  • Improved mood and mental wellbeing
  • Improved concentration
  • Reduction in stress levels
  • Prevention of minor aches and pains such as headaches, muscle ages, fatigue and dizziness
  • Helping you maintain a healthy balance of body fat to muscle
  • Healthier looking skin
  • Lowering the risk of chronic health conditions such as heart disease, stroke, and cancer
